I'm about Sleep, your host for this tour.

I first started working Online almost 15 years ago

( Yes, the internet existed back then...LOL)

I initially had a strong passion for writing,

so I started with Blogging and also managed

a number of websites, including Amazon Stores

to keep me busy at the time.

My love of music( having played since I was quite young) and also for nature sounds, finally got the best of me, so I slowly moved towards recording, editing, and mixing music.

During this time I noticed something very interesting....that listening to certain types of music as well as nature sounds recordings, could have a profound effect on my level of Inner peace and relaxation, as well as my overall state of mind.

The Music I was working with could take me into a very deep, relaxed, and Meditative state...and seemed to be changing my Brainwave Activity...

which helped immensely with my becoming more focused, and I also experienced vastly improved Creativity....and many other benefits..! Listening to Rain and

Thunderstorm sounds had me sleeping like a baby( Well, a slightly large baby)!

Considering I am a very light sleeper for the first few hours....this was about amazing!
